Hi, I’m Sandra – the face behind The Dog of Honour. Dogs have always been at the heart of everything I do. For over two years, I’ve worked in a busy doggy day care environment, gaining hands on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities.
In 2023, I launched my own dog walking business, Muddy Paws, where I get to enjoy the more adventurous, muddy side of life with my four-legged clients!
At home, I have my own dog, Kobe – a Golden Retriever who brings so much happiness into my life every single day. He’s a huge part of why I love what I do. Living with Kobe has deepened my understanding of how important our dogs are to us. They’re not just pets, they’re family. That’s exactly how I’ll treat yours too.
The Dog of Honour was created to offer something a little different. A calm, professional, and beautifully tailored service designed specifically for your wedding day. While Muddy Paws is all about fun and muddy walks, this service focuses on ensuring your dog is cared for, comfortable, and part of your special day in a relaxed and stress-free way.
I’m truly passionate about working with dogs. Not just caring for them, but understanding them. Every dog has their own personality, needs, and quirks, and I pride myself on building trust and creating a safe, happy environment wherever they are. Being part of such an important day in your life, alongside your beloved pet, is something I feel incredibly honoured to do.
